By submitting your order, OEM / Private Label Users understand and agree to
the following:
PAYMENT:
Orders will not be processed without pre-payment.
RETURN POLICY:
Plexis Software does not issue cash refunds to OEM / Private Label Users for any product.
Plexis Software does offer a 30-day from date of purchase replacement program.
Upon receipt of the returned item with original media and copy of sales
invoice we will replace with new material to the Value Added Reseller.
Plexis Software must first authorize any returns by issuing an RMA number.
No returns will be processed without an RMA number.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION:
Plexis Software reserves the right to cancel your OEM / Private Label Subscription,
modify or terminate these terms and conditions at our sole option.
Upon our cancellation, participants will receive a pro-rated refund of
the unused portion of the remaining subscription, less any setup fees.
Participants that wish to cancel the subscription may do so, however there are no
refunds granted after you cancel your subscription.
EXPIRATION OF SUBSCRIPTION:
You will be notifed by email within 30 days of expiration of your subscription.
There is no Grace Period after the 30 day notification. If you fail to make a
timely payment prior to your subscription renewal date, your account will be
canceled without further notice. If you wish to continue the plan, a new plan
must be purchased at current new subscription pricing levels.
The submission of your order is an agreement to all terms and conditions listed
in your VAR application and in this document.

Participants staff must posses
the appropriate technical expertise for the installation, configuration
and implementation of Point of Sale hardware, software and Windows and
Windows networks.
