The Plexis OEM / Private Label subscription allows VARS, High Volume Resellers,
Franchisers and OEM's to obtain deep discounts on Plexis POS and optionally add
thier distinctive branding to Plexis POS.

This program is designed for clients that have a moderate to high
volume need for quality Point of Sale Software.

Fee Based Subscription Service :

After purchase, the Plexis OEM / VAR Private Label Plan subscription remains
in effect for 12 months.

Any changes to our production version will be updated in your subscription
version automatically. This will insure you and your customers will have
access to the latest versions and enhancements during the course of your
subscription.

You may purchase product licenses at 50% off list price for any quantity.
There are no minimum quantity purchase requirements.
Here is how it works :

1. Subscribe to the OEM Program by paying the first year subscription fee.
2. If you simply wish to resell Plexis POS you may do so and you will receive a
50% discount on any new license purchases.

Optional Private Label / Branding (no additional charge):

1. Submit a product name that will replace our Plexis POS logo.
2. Submit a single graphic that will be displayed
on the opening screen when the program is started.
3. All Plexis branding (except for our copyright) will be removed and
replaced using your optionally submitted text and graphics.
4. We will send you a special link to download the program and updates.

Pricing :
The current price for the Private Label Plan is: $2995.95 for the first 12 months
or after expiration of your plan. This price includes the initial setup fee.
Software licenses are not included and must be purchased separately.

The current Renewal price for the Private Label Plan is: $1495.95 per Year.
