Plexis POS currently supports Star Micronics Model TSP-800 Black Mark Label Printers.
The best results can be obtained using the following suggestions :
1. Set your printer to use the Star Emulation format. (dip switches on bottom)
2. Use 4 inch wide printers that support 1.25 x 4.37 inches. (111 x 31.75 mm)

Using the printer utility CD set the following:
1. Set Black Mark Detection On. (Start Position Detect)
2. Set Action on FF - Full Cut
3. Top Search - Reverse to 3mm.
