You may have a corrupted file. This is usually due to improper shutdown of a system.
Possible fixes are: Log off all Registers and exit Plexis POS from all Registers except the one you
will be working with.
Then: From the Main Menu choose Utilities, File Utilities, Database Maintenance, and
Re-index All Files.
If this does not work then: From the Main Menu choose Utilities, File Utilities, Database Maintenance,
Rebuild databases.
If this does not work then: Try Posting Sales.
To reduce these types of problems in the future please verify the following system
guidelines are implemented:
1) Have a battery backup device on ALL computers that will be accessing Plexis POS.
2) If you are running on a Network a Dedicated Server is recommended. This means
if you need Three terminals used as a POS station then you need FOUR computers.
The fourth computer is used for the File / Print Server ONLY.
