PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO REQUESTING A LICENSE TRANSFER

Our Low Cost Products are intended to be installed once and on one computer or server only.
It may be possible to transfer your license key from one computer to another computer under the following conditions and within the first year of your initial purchase:

1. You must connect the computer that currently has the fully registered Plexis POS software running on it to an Internet Broadband connection and be able to log into http://Plexis POS.com  PRIOR to calling our Sales or Support Departments.
2. Call our Sales Department during our normal business hours. We will log in remotely and to bring up your Plexis POS software.
3. We must SEE your Registered Serial Number from the machine that we will be transferring the license key FROM.
4. Once we remove the license key from your OLD machine you then can go on-line and re-register your product on any machine of your choice. Removing the license key will not destory or alter your data in any way.

* If your software is less than one year old and you are compliant with all steps above there is NO CHARGE for this service.
We can not provide FREE license transfers if:
A. We can not remove or verify the removal your old license key.
