At Plexis Software refund requests are a very rare occurrence. We do recognize that on these
rare occasions a refund may be in order.
If you have not yet requested a Plexis POS registration key you may ask that your payment
be refunded in full and your account canceled. Upon account cancelation we will promptly
refund any payment for the Plexis POS license via the payment method you used when the
order was placed.
If you have requested and obtained a Final Registration Key or have already registered and
activated Plexis POS our published policy is that no refunds are to be provided. Under certain
circumstances however you may be able to request a refund. If we can remove the license key
from our software on your computer a refund may be granted. Do not uninstall or destroy the
Plexis POS program on your computer and then call our Sales Department for license removal
and refund instructions. This is a Free Service and you will not be charged for our attempt
to remove the license key.
It is important to us that you are happy with your decision and we will do everything possible
to assist in accomplishing your goal.
