If you have not yet requested a Plexis POS Activation key and it has been 30 days or less
from the date that you placed your order you may ask that your payment be refunded in full
and your account canceled. Upon account cancellation we will promptly refund any payment for
the Plexis POS license via the payment method you used when the order was placed.
It is important to us that you are happy with your decision and we will do everything possible
to assist you in accomplishing your goal.
*** We are not able to accept refund requests or process refunds after 30 days from order date or
after you have requested a Final Activation Key.
